VBS 2025, LIVE IT OUT!, is June 23-26! Get ready to celebrate the GOOD NEWS in the BEST week of the summer.

 Elevate is the component of VBS for students entering 5th and 6th grade in the Fall of 2025. Elevate begins and ends each day in the Sanctuary. In between, Elevate students will meet together to experience engaging messages, unforgettable music, powerful worship, delicious snacks, super fun games, and small group time.

Please complete and submit the form below to register your child. Please complete one form for each child. Once your form has been submitted, you will receive confirmation on the screen and via email that it has been sent to our Children's Ministries office.

NOTE: This form is only for kids entering 5th or 6th grade in the Fall of 2025.

  In case of emergency, I give my permission to the sponsoring adults of Chapelwood UMC Vacation Bible School to make all health care decisions for my child that I could make myself, if present. I also release Chapelwood UMC and all persons participating in the VBS from any and all liability. I understand that my child may be photographed or videotaped for use in Chapelwood UMC evangelism materials, including our Chapelwood UMC website. My submission of this form signifies my consent.
